I have been living in this apartment for a few years, and I can confidently say that Jose, our superintendent, is one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever met. He consistently goes above and beyond in maintaining the building. I often see him as early as 4:00 a.m., sweeping and mopping the stairwells and hallways on every floor.
