Management is slow to respond to requests (1 year plus at times), even to just give quotes on projects needed in the apartment. We were also given inaccurate information about costs related to utilities (heating bills of $1,200/mo) and move in costs (non-US citizens are asked to pay more upfront move-in costs, which is not mentioned until applying).

Have lived across Boston for many years and living in one of their buildings this year has been by far my worst experience in renting. Constant issues with communication, heating, maintenance, leaks, etc. in Brookline. Not worth it.
