It feels great to live here, spacious units and well maintained sorroundings. As for our superintendent, Joey is exceptional!
The building super is fantastic - always friendly, quick to handle maintenance requests, keeps everything spotless, and makes sure the place feels safe and quiet
My father lives at this building and he is very happy with the building and the superintendent. The superintendent is vigilant, responsive and approachable. He takes pride in the building which is clean, safe and comfortable. He has lived here for many decades and does not plan to move anywhere else. Thank you for making this a safe living space!
I've lived in the property for 4 years now. Our superintendent, Joey, is very approachable and maintains the property in excellent condition. He encourages people to participate in holiday events, and addresses issues efficiently. We feel very secure in the property.
