Simply put >>> Very disapointed. If I wanted to have someone set up an MLS listing Condos on the water and leave everything up to me, this is your group. Continued excuses of not getting calls, E-Mails etc. Nathan has alot to learn about realestate along with Business etiquete. If you say you'll update preferrance, then I expect you to do what you say. But he sure wants to list my house immedietly. This is why I do not trust people who prey on other peoples fortunes. I have used Park property group to buy and sell three different properties. The one I'm currently in has valuation of over $800,000 and my last house that they sold also had a valuation of over 800,000 this company Nathan Brown, Nea, Ashley have been the best people I have ever worked with. They are responsive, professional, and they have the feel of what's going on in the market. And in this ever-changing market you need somebody that has that ability. Would not recommend almost became homeless. I broke my current lease to move myself and my 5 year old into one of their homes because of the good area. Only to find out it had mold and had to move 2 months later because they refused to fix the problem. I can’t speak for all the property managers here but PLEASE PLEASE be very careful when renting from them. Cross all your T’s and dot all of your I’s. The person we did business with still works here. I’m sure he is doing this to other people.
They can't even keep their word on an appointment. I have no faith in PPG.
