Russell White and Park Property managed our house for six years without any problems. However, at the end of the lease, the property wasn’t professionally cleaned as it had been at the start. Furthermore, there were aircon vents damaged and scratches on the bathtub from the dog that weren’t addressed. Having rented for a year in Sydney, we left our rental cleaner than we found it and the agents were very strict. While the property management was fine, the handover at the end of the lease was poor.

A wonderful experience of renting a unit through Park Property for the past 7 years. Kelly, in particular, was a very helpful landlord, thorough and timely with any repairs which needed tending to in this time. A very friendly and bubbly woman to deal with! Despite our neighbours rent increasing every year, our rent was rarely put up, and always remained below median prices for Perth. This allowed us to save for a deposit for a home of our own.
