Excellent service and very welcome
Nail treatment has been done, can’t believe the results we managed to achieve in 4 sessions. Rosie is amazing
First of all I had two calls confirming my appointment that day. I turned up on time! And was told to sit in the waiting room , 10 minutes later the receptionist gave me some paperwork that I had already done online. 20 minutes later the lights went out and then a head popped around the door and said oh who are you? I told her my name and after waiting again was told to come to shawana’s room . Where shawana and her assistant are both wearing coats. Shawana is brilliant and so lovely and genuinely cannot thank her enough for her work with something which made me so conscious. Genuinely cannot believe the results already. She put me at ease with the procedure. Definitely will return for anything else in the future 🫶
