Living in Grande Prairie, we're super happy with the pool Park Pools built for us. But honestly, the most impressive part was their integrity. We had a pretty big warranty claim, and even after the warranty period expired, they still took care of it quickly. That kind of commitment is rare these days! It really proved to us that Park Pools is trustworthy and they truly back up their promises. Two thumbs up from us!
Park pools installed or pool and landscaping in July 2022. They were good to deal with prior to starting the project and explained all of our questions. During construction we did run into some hiccups that were quickly resolved. We have been enjoying our pool and low maintenance, synthetic turf backyard for a couple of years now and could not be happier with the final result.

I have dealt with Liat and the team from Park Pools for a few years. The pools they carry are well made, durable and high end. The team has always been great to deal with and quick to solve any logistical problems. If you’re in the market for a pool, I would definitely recommend Park Pools!
