Yesterday I decided to give this place of employment up! Lets start off with the Good because It's only right! I love the residents they are amazing I built alot of relationships with them. So they feel like family to me a great place of employment If the people at the top cares. Small building and kept up. However Willow brook I've worked their a little over a year. Good Afternoon...I have worked for Acts Retirement Community of Rock Hill for 3 years and was suspended then terminated due to a disagreement between my manager and I no threats were made nor was any profanity used a situation that could have been handled without HR being involved..I have never felt so humiliated and discriminated against in my life..God knows the truth and how I lost my job was all Lies...At this point I have gotten the EEOC involved because the truth will provail.
