Gill was extremely helpful with resolving my parking issue
I am unable to assign a star rating in this instance. I received a citation for a parking violation, despite the fact that I was actively waiting for a passenger as an Uber driver, with my hazard lights engaged to indicate my temporary stop. I submitted an email to dispute this citation but have not yet received a response. I find this situation to be an unacceptable imposition on individuals performing their daily work.
The place is currently under renovation as of May 26.
