Paul was efficient and arrived when expected complete with all the tools necessary to do the job‐ No sales pitch or armed with an iPad crunching, numbers. He explained everything before starting work. He flushed the pipes from the sink to remove the clogged material. He was professional, arrived clean, and put on shoe covers to avoid soiling the floor.
