Been coming to this medical centre for a while and have never been seen on time. You book an appointment and time off work but then you wait 30 minutes to over an hour just to get in. Why have appointments if you can't keep them, take the day off work if you want to come see the doctor
We meet lady doctor she is very polite and kind to talk
I called this clinic to book an appointment for a driving license medical, but the experience was shockingly unprofessional. A girl at the reception answered the call, and as soon as I mentioned I needed an appointment for a medical, she abruptly hung up the phone without a word. No explanation, no courtesy—just hung up.
Reception was extremely rude about "no new clients" even after the shoppers pharmacist personally sent me there. After reading some of these reviews I'm glad I didn't get in.
