Went here Friday night and was amazed by the most awesome seats ever!!!! This is how one should always watch a movie. That said, the "brewed tea" was instant and the popcorn was terrible. The teens working were very friendly but needed more help. I would go back in a minute though, just for the comfort of the seats.

Amazing theater. The seats are super comfy and recline. They serve food well beyond traditional movie theaters. I think you could probably eat dinner there. Plus, they serve alcohol (bonus). The atmosphere was great!

While visiting the beautiful town of Hilton Head, we decided to watch a movie. Found this hidden gem nestled in a plaza center. It's a smaller theater but it's the best movie experience. I was impressed with the great variety of snacks, coffee, wine, beer, candy, popcorn & even ice cream! The staff was amazing and catered to all their customers. LaLa Land was scheduled to play at 4:35pm. It didn't start until a half hour later at 5:05pm. If this happens again, please inform everyone with a simple announcement of what's going on. We were left in the dark literally & figuratively. Why did I have to leave the theatre to ask an employee what the delay was? Or better yet offer us popcorn while we wait as a kind gesture for our inconvenience. Nothing was said, not even an apology. I just think it was handled poorly.

We love Park Plaza Cinema! Always clean and everyone is so friendly! Great for a bite to eat and nice that you can enjoy an adult beverage in a comfortable movie theatre chair.
