My mother is in safe hands at Park Plaza. The staff do a great job in ensuring she eats well, has exercise opportunities and gets care when needed. The place is clean and the staff always smile.
Park Plaza is clean, staff are friendly, rooms work well, caregivers are committed and caring. Seems understaffed on management. I can't imagine living here without a competent and caring family member who knows me, regularly ensuring I am okay, doing things that staff won't do, and getting everything I am paying for, but maybe that is true everywhere.
Park Plaza was great for my mom. She loved it there and was well taken care of. I am grateful for everything they did for her. The staff was really nice and caring.
