Dealing with Park Place Windows was the worst experience I've had since becoming a homeowner. They installed a poor quality product and did NOTHING to rectify the situation except squabble with the manufacturer over whose fault it was. Their customer service was non-existent. The owner doesn't answer his phone or email. The installer doesn't show up when he is supposed to. Their "office" is an abandoned suite in a strip mall. I strongly recommend using anyone else but these guys.

In August, 2014, Park Place Windows took my deposit and I have not received product or services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have disconnect their phone and email is being returned undelivered. This is the worst experience I have ever had as a homeowner.
Aimee Ball now runs the company and I assure you, she will be a joy to work with. Park Place Windows puts the customer first. A rare thing now days. The workers are nice and made sure things were cleaned up afterwards. I was told everything that was happening and showed what problems I had. They took care of everything. I love having piece of mind! I would highly recommend them!
