I lived at Park Place and was Delaney’s neighbor. Having rented multiple apartments in Buffalo, this was by far the worst experience I have had. On move-in day, I arrived to a dirty apartment with the basement still full; maintenance was actively clearing it. I was told, “this is because they make the turnaround time so fast.” I documented grease and dirt in the kitchen, paint on the windows and baseboards. Beautiful place! Nicely priced!
Apartments are just terrible. Smell of mold. Roof is leaking. Horrible patch jobs. Barely any water pressure in sinks. Cracks in walls. Definitely not an apartment I would be choosing to stay in
I feel like Morgan properties should be getting looked into, possibly audited. It feels a bit illegal double paying for rental insurance. I provided a policy number upon move in and then I noticed I was getting charged insurance again on rent. Overall I had a horrible experience and am going to keep looking into this place so nobody gets screwed over like me. I moved in August of ‘24, I had nothing but issues with the apartment.
