This company is honestly a joke, especially in Buffalo, New York. And the biggest punchline? Their community manager, Deborah. I have no idea how she ended up in this position, because based on my experience, she clearly has zero interest in actually doing the job she’s paid for. I lived at Park Place and was Delaney’s neighbor. Having rented multiple apartments in Buffalo, this was by far the worst experience I have had. On move-in day, I arrived to a dirty apartment with the basement still full; maintenance was actively clearing it. I was told, “this is because they make the turnaround time so fast.” I documented grease and dirt in the kitchen, paint on the windows and baseboards. Apartments are just terrible. Smell of mold. Roof is leaking. Horrible patch jobs. Barely any water pressure in sinks. Cracks in walls. Definitely not an apartment I would be choosing to stay in
