The folks who administrate the HOA commit insurance fraud. There is ample proof to support this claim. Over 2 years of owning and I know no one happy to live here.
Don’t move here. My sister lives in this building and I am sick of building management dismissing her safety concerns! Most recently, a parking attendant retrieved her car with the side mirrors folded inward. She asked the parking attendant if they can return the mirrors back to their original position prior to bringing her car to her. They walked away and dismissed her concern while saying “tell the manager”. While walking your dog through the garage, the valet guys will look you dead in the eye, cut you off and speed up nearly running over you and your dog. I swear a couple of them do this on purpose. I understand the parking garage and dog walk dynamic can be very frustrating, but these guys need to cool it before a person or animal gets hurt.
