I loveee Mr. Donald! I’ve been using his services for years now and I’ll ONLY go somewhere else if it’s something he can’t do. I used to live up the street from his shop, but now I’m traveling from near metarie for his services. I’ve been seeing people say he’s rude, but he’s just busy and has a lot to do lol. Replaced all four of my tires, with balance and alignment. The owner is passionate about finding the problem and takes a lot of pride in his work. That type of personality is always going to give you their best effort. This is now my go-to auto repair shop in NOLA.
I went to Donald for an oil change and to take a look at my suspension, on a recommendation from Reddit. He is clearly about doing things right and goes the extra mile to explain/show you what that is, and his prices were reasonable. I was able to drop my car off with him, walk up to Magazine for a late lunch and a little window shopping, and walk back.
