Mom has lived at Park Place for three years now, and I have been thrilled with the personalized and compassionate care that she has received. The staff is very intentional about paying attention and getting to know the residents. Because I live across the country, when I visit mom I stay with her in her apartment, and so I really do see the details of the compassion shown to her and other residents, and I’m very impressed.

I live here now for 11 months. Been the best decision that I have made. I was a letter carrier and delivered mail to most of the assisted living places. The office staff, medical, laundry, and kitchen staff are the best with monthly resident meetings. PT is top of the line and maintenance department works hard to correct any problems immediately. Wonder place to call home.

Park Place provides excellent care. Administrative staff, nurses, aides, dining staff and activity directors are all dedicated and caring beyond my expectations. It does my heart good every time I visit mom to see how well they are caring for her health and wellbeing. There is always some activity for residents to participate in, and such a wonderful community of residents. I highly recommend this facility!

Five stars is not enough! From the moment I walked into Park Place 2.5 years ago and sat with Megan and Kim, I knew this was going to be home for my mom. I did tour 4 other facilities in the Ft. Wayne area and none compared to Park Place. I can’t sing the praises of the entire amazing staff enough. There is a total sense of family throughout Park Place. For anyone that may be considering a senior living place for a loved one, ask about what type of staffing there is. If the answer is an “agency” staff, politely bow out. Sadl... read more
