I am not going to share the name of my real estate agent - I will only say this. He was more interested in the sale of the house, while I got a money pit. The HOA at my community takes no responsibility for anything. The first MAJOR rainstorm washed out my driveway. I paid $3600 to fix it. It got washed out again because, as my contractors have said, this neighborhood is poorly designed. The HOA is worthless and refuses to take any responsibility. As a real estate agent, why would you try to sell a house in such a community?... read more
