We’ve been going to this dentist for almost two years. Whether it’s a morning or afternoon appointment, we get in and out pretty quickly. Staff are always kind and really good with kids. My daughter is very shy, but they manage to get her talking and smiling.
The first time we went, we had a good experience. Today they told us only one parent could be back there with the children even though we have two. We were both allowed back there before and there was plenty of space and we stayed out of the way. It makes zero sense since there is an area outside the patient area for parents to sit. We'll be changing dentists because of this ridiculous rule.
My kids have always been nervous about going to the dentist, but they loved the staff and dentist himself. Bria also made my kids feel super loved and happy to be there, and for that I truly appreciate her.
