Absolute WORST service you could ever ask if - do not ever expect anyone from this place to ever answer your phone calls.
Wish the entrance/exit plate scanner at the gates were more consistent. Aside from that no complaints

I’ve parked here for like 2 years as my apartment is right around the block and they offer a discounted monthly rate which was really attractive compared to other garages downtown. Never had issues with gates or actually parking in the garage, but safety is a major concern. My car has had its window smashed in twice in the past 2 years. It happens a lot and management DOES NOT care. Just saw broken glass all over another spot this morning. There is 0 security.
