The people are wonderful to deal with and the condos are clean and comfortable
Our Gatlinburg vacations are always topped off with our stay at Park Place. Easy to walk into town from their location, so you can park your car in the garage and forget about it until time to leave. The rooms are spacious, and as comfortable as you'll find anywhere. And sitting on the balcony over the rushing water below is heavenly for relaxing after a day of town fun. It's Park Place or no place for us!
The condo was beautiful! Clean and well stocked. Had a couple issues, but they we taken care of promptly! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
