Quiet and cozy right beside the river. Close proximity to the main strip, but far enough away to not hear all the noise. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!!
Great location, friendly people, clean, spacious, on the river, steps from the national park and downtown Gatlinburg
Check out units on the website as some are more updated than others. Location can't be beat! Close enough to walk to town and the river. Balconies overlook the river. It was very clean and comfortable. Grounds and pool area were well kept. The area felt safe. Donna in the front office was so pleasant and helpful. Booking was easy and checking in and out was easy, efficient, and a nice change to see and speak to an actual person. It's also good to know that there is a local manager to handle any issues.
