Have better communication with family members during this covid world we are living in. My husband did not have covid but he suffered because of it

If we had to choose over again, Park Place of St. John would not be the place we were choose. Our post stroke family member was in an acute rehab unit at a local hospital before being transferred to Park Place with the intent for him to continue with rehab and improve his abilities. That did not happen as he stayed the same / regressed from what he accomplished at the other facility. It seems the physical therapist need to assess my family members more appropriately and improve the persons capabilities rather than deciding t... read more
Very great 👍 service. Only 10 residents In each building. Only two buildings. Very well ran. Very professional and knowledgeable help. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I know the staff here and they are AMAZING! I have visited and talked to so many residents and their families, both on the Independent Living side of things and in the Skilled Nursing Care side. Everyone is so happy. The place is absolutely beautiful. And you can't find a better place for rehab! I recommend very highly.
First thing, the place is beautiful, and very clean! Staff is very friendly and great food. If you need any therapy, this group is the best!! The love of my life was able to come home thanks to these awesome people!
My mother was here after a hospital stay for rehab! When my Dad was at another rehab center last year we hated leaving him because he was neglected there! We loved the excellent care she received at Park Place! I would highly recommend it, and would take my mother there again if needed. They were all very kind and caring people!
The residents and staff at Park Place are always a pleasure to work with. We look forward to continuing to provide services for all current and future residents.
