RecommendedMy parents have been at RPP for 4 1/2 years. During this time, my mother passed away from complications due to Parkinson's disease. I have found RPP to be a caring, friendly community with compassionate and empathetic leadership. The restrictions related to COVID-19 have kept the cases there at a commendable level. Open, honest communications go out regularly to residents and their families. They are informative with a touch of humor. I recommend RPP without reservations for your loved one!

RecommendedMy mother has been at Royal Park Place for 4 years. She enjoys the food, management, staff and socializing very much. She is comfortable there and very happy. The lack of freedom during Covid-19 has been less than joyful for her, but the effort to keep the facility and residents Covid free has been exceptional. That has been the reason for the very low rate of people getting the disease. Everyone there tries very hard to keep the residents safe and happy. There is no place I would rather have her be. Have better communication with family members during this covid world we are living in. My husband did not have covid but he suffered because of it

RecommendedSo thankful for Kellie and staff preparing our Mother for a move to Royal Atrium this summer. Even with the pandemic we were safely guided and assisted with the utmost professionalism.

RecommendedFor five months now Village Woods has been ' lock downed'. It all started with a day's notice that there would be restrictions and changes to the events that are usual.Residents had to figure out just what was going to happen day to day . While staff scrambled to replan the best ways of keeping everyone happy and most of all well. RecommendedI researched senior living centers to find a place close to home. In this time of a pandemic I was very concerned with her safety and health. The fact that Village Woods has not had any cases of COVID speaks for itself. I took her for a visit and she loved it as did I.
