The Memory Care Residents are not treated well. Do not sent your family member there.
Absolutely wonderful facility with great staff. Both the assisted living and skilled areas are top notch, and the residents recognize how special of a place it is. To find a mission driven place that truly cares about the residents and places priority in care over profit is a rarity nowadays. Joint commission accredited, 5 star, and a 501c3 not for profit. Truly a gem in the heart of Elmhurst. Highly recommended!
A beautiful physical environment with caring residents and staff making Park Place a welcoming community.
After surgery for a hip fracture I was admitted to Park Place of Elmhurst for recovery and rehab. The staff was so helpful and encouraging. Everyone from those who helped me personally, to the nurses who brought medicine, to those who helped with meals and cleaned my room were kind, patient, and supportive. A special shout out to Fatima who made my stay welcoming and efficient.
