I am very fortunate Park Place has a couple of fine techs knowledgeable and happy to work on my “vintage” Mercedes. The experience at this dealership is uniformly good: Service Writer Jose Villareal is great to work with. Parts department very helpful, and of course Allen Faulhaber is terrific.
Everything was great! Greeted when I pulled car in Service Dept. Had a loaner waiting for me and Annie was just lovely.
All staff has always been kind and respectful. Jose and Alex are my favorite.
