But they didn’t finish my vehicle for hours after they quoted and once I came to pick it up when they told me it was ready I still had to wait another half hour so they could wash the car. But after another half hour they still did not wash my car and told me I could leave. They also did not perform a fact that I asked for when I brought the vehicle in. Worst service I’ve had yet.
Service Manager, Cody and Service team representative, Veronica did an exceptional job in handling my service needs for my 2015 ML350. If I am ever in need of services at the Parkplace Arlington Mercedes Benz dealership in the future, they will be the first to address my issues. Fantastic work and Thank you.
