We had a great experience with Park Place Motorcars Fort Worth, thanks to William! My husband and I were faced with a very large and unexpected repair bill, which was stressful to say the least. Great service and professional staff
Terrible and extremely unorganized. They gave me the incorrect paperwork and I paid the wrong bill. Then, after I finally received the correct bill and car, I went home and immediately had another light come on, so I had to return to the dealership. They did not properly reassemble my car from the previous repair, so I had to leave my car again. Its ridiculous, really.
The Service Department was outstanding. I was visiting from out of town and needed immediate servicing and I was taken care of quickly and was treated professionally.
