Today was perfect as usual. Zach is the absolute best at taking care of all my cars needs and making sure things go smoothly, plus he’s someone you love to catch up with. My car was washed and ready as soon as I drove up. Perfect!
Warranty w new car only a few weeks old. Second time in few weeks I had to go to dealership. When I made a service appt ahead of time and booked a loner car. I had to wait 35 plus minutes for service advisor to come out. I went to the 5 ppl at check in and told them I didn’t want to interrupt them. Most on their phones as I was sitting in my car for 35 plus minutes. I asked……What does one have to do to be a customer here. They said my advisor was tied up. Really…. I made an appt days ahead.
