YESTERDAY WAS ONE OF THE WORST APPOINTMENTS AT THIS LOCATION THE STAFF IN THE FRONT DESK WAS NASTY AND RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND NO HUMANITY FOR A 74YEAR OLD WOMEN SEEKING FOR CARE ! THEY TREATED MY AUNT SO UNFAIRLY HERE TOOK OUR CO-PAY IN THE BEGINNING THEN DIDENT WANNA DO NO WORK AT ALL OR CARE FOR MY ELDERLY AUNT IT TOOK 1 FULL HOUR AFTER TALKING TO THE DOCTOR ANOTHER NASTY INDIVIDUAL FOR THE FACILITY TO GET MY MONEY I PAID UPFRONT BACK THEY REALLY TRY KEEPING IT AND NOT GIVE IT BACK TO ME THEY GAVE ME A HUGE PROBLEM TO... read more
We had such a wonderful experience at Park Place medical Imaging in the Bronx on September 11th. My 14-year-old son needed an MRI of his elbow after an injury, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness and compassion. I especially want to recognize Judy, the office manager, and Angel at the front desk. They were absolutely incredible—patient, welcoming, caring, and genuinely kind. I have lived in the area for many years and have always chosen Park Place Medical Imaging whenever I need imaging services. Over the years, I have had many scans performed there, including a recent full-body scan, and every experience has been excellent.
