Beware Everyone I wouldn't recommend moving in any of these apartments at park place manor they have bed bugs cockroaches bad ..every person that's buys these apartments try to put a bandaid on these apartments instead of fixing them and getting rid of the bugs been here for too long and it's the same story same failing bug companies..
Thought it was a really good place then we moved in had so many cockroach problems and beetle problems. Maintenance barely comes out. And when they do they rush everything. Our bathroom ceiling has leaked 3 times after being "fixed" the ac unit has been leaking for a month and still can't get a hold of anybody. When we first moved in we had to replace our door handle due to it breaking they came and took the door knob off and didn't even bother fixing it until we had to go to the store and get one. The cockroaches and bed bugs are unbearable. We’ve complained since the second week of being there. Initially they claimed to have lost their pest control person so months went by with no help in getting them under control. Orkin is coming now finally but just randomly show up with no notice so we were unprepared as we have to remove all clothing and bedding and such. So we’ve been ready for 3 weeks living out of storage unit so we don’t take all of our belongings back in to get reinfested until these people decide to show u... read more
Curb appeal is not even paid lip service to. There are worse places and out of respect for the residence I will not post videos or photos.
