I have been there couple of times over the year and have had amazing experience, the service managers here are wonderful people. Particularly Jon Parker is one of their best, I would definitely recommend Park Place Lexus to all my friends.

Don't order parts here or have a fake VIN ready if you order anything. They will hold you order for a month, not contact you, then cancel because they want a VIN for your $100K+ car (so they can spam you "offers"). "The LC500 is a rare and special car with rare and special parts..." It's a shift knob. You don't need to "verify compatibility". I already own the car. I do not need you to verify that I am ordering a white one when the stock one is black. Just ship what I paid for. Nope, can't do that. They just cancel it. Waste... read more
