We showed up for a reserved appointment for a windshield replacement. The appointment was scheduled 4 days before we were due to show up. When we got there (Friday), they told us they wouldn’t have the vehicle done that day. We were good with that as they provided a loner for the weekend. We called Monday to check on the vehicle and were told that the windshield install guy wasn’t there that day and we were first in line on Tuesday at 7am.
