Warranty work was completed but the andvised Alignment that we said to do was not done. So came in and had to come back again next day. Alignment was advised because of the warranty work. Car drove smooth prior. Now vibrates at freeway speed and pulls to right!
Advisor Aleczander Ignacio is Amazing. He cares for me and my car. He’s very competent and thorough. Extremely professional. I met with his manager Abraham to express my appreciations for Alec’s work and Abraham said caring for others is something we can’t teach and Aleczander has a heart that’s too big to fit in his chest.
