We had Park Place upgrade our old sound system and add in Sonos. They did a fabulous job. James was very knowledgeable and efficient. Chris was an amazing installer and Aaron who came to help was great too. Chris went out of his way to make everything work as seamless as possible. He also helped me with a problem on our outdoor system that was a puzzle. Very professional and definitely knows what they are doing! We have used others in the area and Park Place is way above.
Excellent customer service provided by Park Place Installation. After explaining the problem I was having with my security cameras to James T. He quickly ordered a new NVR & set up a service appointment. Once the recorder came in Matt P. (Service Technician) arrived and installed it and got my cameras up and running.He is extremely knowledgeable. PPI is very fortunate to have employees like James and Matt.
PPI is a very knowledgeable and customer focused company who can handle all of your audio and video needs. They are courteous, very fair and want to be sure you are completely satisfied with their work. Their associates are a pleasure to work with.
We had Park Place come to our to upgrade our theater space. They were honest and transparent in terms of pricing, expectations and timeline. When something unexpected did pop up, they were available to answer questions, provide clarity and be clear about next steps. James was communicative and clear about pricing and outcomes.
