I've owned, lived, and rented to others at Park Place since 2001. For 22 years, I was very happy living there, as are my renters! For those that say there isn't parking, that is silly. Every unit has 2-3 dedicated spaces each. If you need more, it's only $25 per month.
I’ve lived here for a year now and I love it. My landlord is great. I’ve had some issues with my roof leaking and they have taken care of it. The kids love the basketball courts pool and playground. Very nice neighbors and office management.
This is the best run HOA I've ever come across, really lucky to have retirees contributing with their previous skillsets and managing things well. No issues yet
