They conveniently lose compliant forms, one of their nurses Rachel has an attitude problem and I really don't feel comfortable when I have to go to her appointments. When my complaint finally got through, the manger was more than happy to defend Rachel Old's abusive behaviour.

Main waiting area has a tv screen showing advertising videos. On two different occasions I've been distressed on hearing a female shouting "help, help" as I didn't realise at first the help was wanted on tv. Reception staff were not sympathetic to my distress. If one advertising where to go for help make sure the service does exist for abused patients triggered by your ad. No one listens to patients reports of abuse!
Doctor was rude and quite arrogant, didn’t listen to what I was saying, barely made eye contact and cut me off several times as I was talking. He was very dismissive and uncaring. We discussed iron levels, having been told by another doctor that I have low iron levels and symptoms of anemia, his only answer was well it’s better than it was last year and if you’re that concerned then take some more OTC iron supplements in addition to what you’re already taking.
