They scratched my car door and a bit of my hood. Update: Upon trying to make things right they basically admitted that they scratched the car and had no obligation to make it right. Do not take your business there, Beatriz the owner, gave an attitude while I was calmly trying to understand the situation and then hung up on me
They never want to wash your car; they always say they're too busy and tell you to come back in two hours.
Date: 11/29/2025, ~4:50 pm ; SUV I'm from out of town, looking to get a car wash. I was turned away due to "being at capacity" with an online closing time of 6 pm. I believe they saw it as "too" dirty since I could see the workers talking to each other, which led them to turn me away.
