Dr. Allen was kind, patient, and reassuring. He talked me through each step and regularly checked on my comfort, which made the experience much easier.
Dr. Allen is an exceptional dentist! I have been a patient of his for about 10 years and followed him from his previous practice. His attention to detail and chair side manner is one that is hard to find. If you’re looking for a dental office that is honest and trustworthy then this is the one!
My experience with Park Place Dental has been wonderful. Dr. Allen is an incredibly kind, sincere, and skilled dentist. I appreciate the care he took to make me feel comfortable and at ease during my visits. His entire staff has been so welcoming and prompt in our communications and scheduling.
When Dr. Gaddis was there, it was great. Now that ownership has changed, it is decidedly less in quality and customer service. Incredibly rude receptionists and absolutely no regard for client's needs. If an emergency comes up, prepare to pay almost $100 instead of being allowed to reschedule, which you could do before. Losing a longtime patient over $75 is certainly a choice.
