Very helpful and friendly!
I had an appointment at 3:30 called two hours in advance because life happens and some lady tries to educate me that there’s a cancellation fee and she’s gonna be nice and wave it one time for me. Meanwhile, they’re expecting me to come there and spend thousands of dollars on my teeth, but you want to be nitpicky over one cancellation? Absolutely insane changing my dental provider.
So far I’ve had a really great experience with everyone here at Park Place Dental. I have a lot of work that needs to be done on my teeth and they have been there every step of the way to help with my needs and make me feel cared about. I would definitely recommend this dental office and special shout out to Denise. Thank you guys

Park Place Dental Group is under new ownership, and based on my recent experience, I strongly recommend finding another provider. I've been a patient here since 2020 and always had positive, straightforward visits--until my last two appointments. Recently, both my wife and I (and, judging by other Yelp reviews, several others) were told we needed a "deep cleaning" that wasn't covered by insurance and would cost $200 out of pocket.
