I'm all for progress & development. But, I gotta say I(we) are not too thrilled you are building in this community especially the area off Betty Louise Dr. Tearing down a forests to build cookie-cutter housing just doesn't seem so great to the residents living here & have lived here for years. The HOA is RIDICULOUS no one answers or responds until you write a review and then Tammy wants to call you and ask you to remove the review. We pay an astronomical amount of dues on top of a $12 credit card fee and they maintain absolutely nothing. 274 bbl looks like crap and abandoned home where owners are parking because they can’t get all their vehicles on the driveway. Melanie Frobish was super helpful during my experience. She went out of her way to work her schedule to meet me for a viewing as I wanted to see the home ASAP. She was quick to respond to any of my realtor or my questions, and checked on me throughout the process. Jay Gross was great during the walk through and has continued to be helpful post move in.
