when i first came into the model and met Patricia and explained what i wanted she knew the house for me and i fell in love with it immediately. I’ve loved working with Century Communities, specifically Mr. Jeff! I am a first-time homebuyer and was really nervous to invest in my first house, but Century Communities has been so amazing so far. When I had an independent 3rd party inspector come out, there were literally less than 8 problems with the build, and all were fixed upon move-in by Mr. Jeff and his team. Minor details, such as Mr. Jeff following behind me and fixing paint during the blue-tape walk through, meant so much to me. All issues have been resolved and... read more
