This company is a scam. My parents purchased their property a few months ago. This builder and their live in manager, Jeff, were supposed to take care of several issues and things before moving into the home but every time we kept getting snubbed by Jeff and the seller. Finally we filed complaints. One of them in particular a tree that was sold along with the house that was noticeably dry and dead and we were told it wasn't.
