when i first came into the model and met Patricia and explained what i wanted she knew the house for me and i fell in love with it immediately. I’ve loved working with Century Communities, specifically Mr. Jeff! I am a first-time homebuyer and was really nervous to invest in my first house, but Century Communities has been so amazing so far. When I had an independent 3rd party inspector come out, there were literally less than 8 problems with the build, and all were fixed upon move-in by Mr. Jeff and his team. I just wanted to share my positive experience with our home here in Park Place from Century homes. We’ve really enjoyed our new home here in New Braunfels. It’s been a positive experience throughout the whole process Working with Isabella in the office and the construction manager in the field, everybody has been very polite and has been there to answer all of my questions. Buyers beware! Purchased our home in June 2024 and have had so many issues due to poor/cheap construction. There were drywall cracks before we even moved in and so many more had popped up within just 2 months of living here. Submitted a warranty claim but they said they won’t fix them until we get to the one year mark. I’ve had a water leak in my main shower that I reported in October that still hasn’t been fixed (took them over a month to send someone out just to look at it and that person took one look at my shower and sai... read more
