RecommendedYears ago I worked in the facility as a home health aid. I loved every one of my clients. The staff at the facility were also excellent. A couple of years ago we moved my father-in-law there. He enjoyed the time he was there
From the moment I walked into Park Place Winghaven I knew it was the place for my mom. I wanted a friendly, loving environment for my mom with great care. THIS IS THE PLACE! The place is beautiful with great rooms for each resident. Cindy the director is very involved in the care of each resident. The Concierge’s are friendly and caring to all. Our Mother has been at Park Place almost 3 months. It’s a beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. They have activities and outings for those who want to participate. They have church services, Swimming pool, hot tub, and party rooms. Food is very tasty and the Assisted Living apartments are very roomy. The Employees are very friendly and residents make newcomers feel welcomed. I feel like we placed our Mom in a very nice place when it came time she couldn’t live home alone anymore.
Park Place could improve by replacing the Administrator.
The leadership staff of this facility is absolutely the most incompetent set of individuals I have ever seen. Do NOT trust your loved ones to their care. You will regret it.
Park Place management does not communicate well with employees or the residents. Senior Lifestyle owns Park Place where greed overrides compassion for the residents.
My mom has been a resident of Independent Living here at Park Place for 6 months. I haven't seen her this happy in two years. The staff is very supportive, the food is awesome and the number of activities and social events are endless. This is what we were looking for when we were touring different facilities. We found it here at Park Place. Thank you!
My mother has been here a little over a month, she loves it! We are happy that she is having so much fun, hard to keep up with her as she is involved in loads of activities.
