We moved to Park Place almost 2 years ago and we have not been disappointed. The management team is amazing, promptly addressing any concerns or requests and the building always remains spotless. We decided to move units within the building as we required more space for our growing family and Ginalyn and Analyn have been very accommodating to the request. We feel at home and safe always. I have lived at park place apartments for 9 years. The managers are fantastic. Whenever repairs are needed they are quick to response and are very polite and respectful. The improvements to the building have been very satisfactory. The only reason I am leaving is to live closer to my family. I highly recommend this apartment it has been a pleasure. Many thanks to Ginalyn, Joy and their team assistants.
If you’re looking for a living museum dedicated to what 50+ years of minimal reinvestment looks like, this building delivers. It proudly showcases every decade of its existence without the inconvenience of modernization. Amenities? Not exactly. The “community space” is the laundry room, which apparently transforms into an event venue if you squint hard enough.
