Y’all complaining about the living conditions, yet, what are YOU doing to better your lives so you can get out of there and off HUD? Complaining “we pay rent”. No, you pay like $50 a month, while the rest of us pay for you to live there!!! Ffs, you have 3&4 generations living in different apartments in this complex. Got grandma, mom, kids and grandkids living here for the past 40 years . From here on out we are going to be fair to park place apartments. My great grandmother Morene Brown lived here for many many years and it was once a clean decent place for the community. Let’s see if we can clean it up and make it that way again.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My windows were busted out after a 30 min visit. there were multiple gun shots then about 20 mins later I headed to get food and was surprised by my back window broken in. When I asked the leasing office to view the cameras it was refused and told to make a police report. With the police outside I did such and was informed they also refused the police access to the cameras. Not only is this not a safe place to live, it’s not safe for children or elderly either.

Although this place should be condemned, based on pictures I've seen of inside apartments, if you'd clean up after yourselves it just might help a little. You can't live like pigs and expect everything to be all pretty and nice.
