Been at Park Place 10 years. We have Sara the manager and I think George is the 2nd Maint person since I moved here. I love this place. It's so quiet you can hear a pin drop. I would say 40% seniors live here which I love because they demand it be quiet. It's older but I heard they are starting new upgrades in all apartments!!!! Better get to mine first for being here so long.. Lol. I always feel safe here. This is on the list of the police dept recommend communities and I see why they said that before I moved in.
