These apartments are rather old but they are comfortable and currently the cheapest in the Howell area. The only thing I dont particularly care for is that the property manager did not follow breed restrictions for the area and the result has been a few dogfights stemming from pitbulls being let into the community. I have a sense this is going to change though. The police patrol the area but I would say not any more frequently than the other communities in town. They are old, need work, but as far as what you pay and what you get, there is really no place less expensive to live in Mt. Pleasant. Especially if you live by yourself.
Management is unhelpful. They do not salt the walks, they just wait until the ice melts. Maintenance is very poor. Except the rent being cheap, I have nothing good to say about these apartments.
Wow! I never thought I would love a place so much. Everyone is right. Its great. The doorman service and the staff make this place what it is.

I moved in about 2 months ago and I cant believe how lucky I am to find this place! My apartment is huge and the staff is awesome.
I lived in Lexington Manor Apartments for just close to two years. I am so happy to say, I am finally out! I dont recommend that place to anyone. Although the downpayment, and monthly rental cost are very attractive, and luring.... it is so much more worth it, to spend the extra money to live somewhere a lot more comfortable. That place is literally like the ghetto of Brighton, MI. I dont think I got one good night of sleep in that place. We lived here for a few years and the wood on the decks are warped, roofing leaks, air filters are never changed unless you call and beg, the only thing that they actually do on their own is drive around to look at abandoned cars. Worst apartments Ive ever lived in.
