I moved in thinking it was great, we are currently looking for a different place. We could here doors close witch rattles our door, windows opening and closing and people walking up and down the stairs, the pool is a nice addition, but youre lucky if you can find it with out hundreds of kids in it. When they start mowing its an all day process the noise does not stop till about 8pm and start about 8am the rent is about 100 dollars over what I think it should be. Just moved in. Like the other reviews staff is wonderful. I love my new apartment.
These apartments are rather old but they are comfortable and currently the cheapest in the Howell area. The only thing I dont particularly care for is that the property manager did not follow breed restrictions for the area and the result has been a few dogfights stemming from pitbulls being let into the community. I have a sense this is going to change though. The police patrol the area but I would say not any more frequently than the other communities in town. They are old, need work, but as far as what you pay and what you get, there is really no place less expensive to live in Mt. Pleasant. Especially if you live by yourself.
Management is unhelpful. They do not salt the walks, they just wait until the ice melts. Maintenance is very poor. Except the rent being cheap, I have nothing good to say about these apartments.
Wow! I never thought I would love a place so much. Everyone is right. Its great. The doorman service and the staff make this place what it is.
What are great place. I am so happy I moved here! Everyone is so nice and helpful. It is more like a hotel than an apartment.
I moved in about 2 months ago and I cant believe how lucky I am to find this place! My apartment is huge and the staff is awesome.
