Yes park place is old.. they were built in the 70s i think. However, for the age they are well maintained. I have lived here a few years and this is after living in an apt owned by united apts and living at the village at bluegrass... I like this one a LOT better. Not parties all the time... the staff are great as long as you are a good tennant. If you dont pay your rent, thats YOUR own fault. They are old, need work, but as far as what you pay and what you get, there is really no place less expensive to live in Mt. Pleasant. Especially if you live by yourself.
