Beware!!! The AC brakes down every single month in the summer time...a few times a month... Which they always have excuse for which they would doctor the problem of the AC... And it seems to break down every weekend when they're not available to do anything about the heat and the units the heat and the units is unbearable through the summertime so be warned!!! As a new owner, I could not have asked for a better move in experience. Imi and Sean dropped whatever they were working on to welcome our family and show us all the amazing amenities of the building. The other tenants are quiet and clean. The building is kept immaculately clean I highly recommend living here!
