This guy took my 83 year old grandma's money which she gave to him in good faith to hold the vehicle for a day or so until her daughter could see the vehicle. Upon looking at the vehicle Mr. Parker misrepresented himself in so many ways that after a night sleep the decision was made not to proceed b/c he was so squirrely about the deal and even tried to hand my daughter the title.
