God awful place to work at. They put up a front for the clients then as soon as they leave its back to hell. The main people in charge dont even follow proper procedures. Its a whatever to them. There are some staff that do care for residents the way they would want care for their own parents. Overall, its an okay facility, but i strongly recommend working somewhere else and leaving clients in another facility.
Best care ever – My great aunt lived at brazos oaks until she passed away. I found the staff to be very caring. The manager and owner where always available for my questions and concerns.
