I live here for 8 years I've never had any issues I recently asked if I can move my reserved parking closer due for my special needs child that I take to school every morning we do have two parking spaces one I pay for the other one in front of my apartment I drop off my son at school my husband picks him up everyday that's our schedule so both cars are being moved everyday and after I asked I wrote a small letter telling them why and the manager which I've never meet before came to my apartment took pictures of my husband c... read more

I lived there for 7years....it was comfortable, small apartments...but if it 1 or 2 of you....it's a lil perfect place to b peaceful.

Worst place to live. Every single time that I call to double check on something, they never pick up the phone. If you want to talk to the manager she always walks away or she’s busy with something else. They ladies on the desk are always having a bad attitude or causing problems like when they towed my car cuz the it wasn’t registered on the system. I’m giving one star because this is the only way to write a review. The short blonde hair Hispanic lady is so rude. I stoped by the office today before closing and she was complaining about me being there and how she was tired of tenants. She kept complaining so I asked if she would help me or not , she said she couldn’t so I walked out. She could of said that from the start instead of coming at me with all of that. Es triste como cada año sube 100 dolares la renta, bueno a mi 94, pero cobran bastante de utilidades, de 1,321 dolares he pagado 1,380 el mes pasado y este mes 1,377. Ya en Enero pagaré 1,415 más utilidades, agua, mantenimiento, gas por el calentón si se usa.en tiempo de frío Pensé que entraría una Ley donde no subirían ya la renta.
