I have lived here for two years, never complained about security or concierge, but management. Great area to live in.
Good Building, Smart Security(Devi), but not good management
This place was so uncomfortable to live in The staff was so incredibly rude. Every rule and policy they had made everything more challenging. They would send you threatening letters. The fire alarm would go off so many times. Access to stairs were always locked and you would not have access to your home. There is a security guard that I absolutely hated communicating with. There is a old Indian female security is super rude, if you don’t like your job, then don’t do it. You get paid becuase the residents paid their management fees
