The staff and the provider are SUPER SUPER nice. Very friendly. The reason I am giving a low rating is due to some discrepancies made by the staff. When i inquired about my invisalign treatment, they informed me that my insurance would be covering $2K. This was back in June 2022. When i returned to the office in October 2022, they informed me that the request was denied, almost 5 months later when i already started treatment. My employer informed me that there was never any ortho coverage with my insurance, so im not sure wh... read more
